Samia shares Haute Arabia with us!

Here we are again with a quick review on an event you certainly have heard about!

If you follow what the modest fashion world has to offer, you certainly did!
The Haute Arabia event was held in London a few weeks ago, in the Bvlgari hotel. It featured arab and muslim desigers and retailers from all over the world.
It was the night to meet all the modest fashion bloggers and fashionistas that make us scroll up and down our instagram feeds like true stalkers, it was also the night to enjoy a beautful fashion show, featuring Dian Pelangi's creations, the hijab queen, or Rima Tadmory, the newly oh-so-trendy hijabi designer!

We want to fervantly thank ModestMode for this review. We unfortunately couldn't attend the event, but she did, and she tells us about it in her own words...

"We were kindly invited by Haute Arabia to attend the High tea event which celebrated and showcased modest fashion designers, whilst also raising funds for Syria. It was a great event held at the prestigious Bvlgari hotel in Knightsbridge. The venue, food and atmosphere was amazing. It was great to be surrounded by successful ambitious people from the industry, from fashion bloggers, designers, to business owners, it was a creative fest of personalities."

"The highlight of the night had to be Dian Pelangi closing the fashion show, which brought her vibrant culture alive, through her rich designs and colours, it totally stole the show and we were all captivated and amazed at her designs."

your personal favorites and your view on the night from a
fashion/style perspective.

"Again Dian Pelangi outfit was captivating with her lovely beaded jacket and orange dress. From white fur jackets to a long train skirt, and a fusion of embroidery, the style on show by the guest was exactly what you would expect at luxury fashion show."

Bits on who you met and who you wish to have met...

"I had the pleasure of meeting Rima Tadmowry a popular fashion designer , Dina Tokio and her husband Sid. It was also lovely seeing Zukreat and her team work their magic on the models, the make up was exceptional! Bloggers from hijabilicious and the whole Dian pelangi team where at the event, I have to say, Dian Pelangi is just as humble and kind, its lovely to see the support they provide each other, its true what that they say that behind every great man is a great woman and vice versa."

Was the night worth it?

"The event was definitely worth it, and I look forward to the upcoming show this year."
